Google has removed “View Image” button from Google image

Recently I was searching some images on Google image. Then I found a new button “View” its redirect to the original source.


Google announced this change on Twitter, saying:

"Today we’re launching some changes on Google Images to help connect users and useful websites. This will include removing the View Image button. The Visit button remains, so users can see images in the context of the WebPages they’re on."

This decision comes after the settlement with Getty Images. Google Agreed to show more copyright and attribution information for the photos in search results. When you click on new visit button it redirects to reach with the new tab and open original source coming from which source. 
The “visit” button remains, which will take users to the website.


A new image button is like as shown with images:

A “New Button” is benefits for Search Engine Optimization. Because it creates backlinks for the website. Google image crawl the images of your website then it original source coming with your website & create backlinks with hyperlinks. There is a workaround for most images.
