In this, the objects that exist in reality are enhanced in such a way that they can be seen, heard, and with other sensory modalities give a real-world experience. 

For example, IKEA, it is the first organization to start with AR by showings its furniture, which a user could point the camera in the app and then place the object (Sofa, Cupboard, etc.) in the space where he/she wants it to be placed. This gives customers a feel of how it will look after purchase.


2] Virtual Reality

This technology is used with the help of Virtual Reality (VR) headsets in which Mobile devices are fixed for working. This headset is worn on the head and the screen is in front of the eyes and is controlled by the head and hands. It can also be created in specially designed rooms with multiple large screens.

With advanced features of the product, these VR headsets generate realistic videos and other sensations that make a user believe that he/she is physically present in the virtual world and taking action in it.
